The one thing we know that's precious to Joohoon is the photo in the wallet. Jiwook may have done something to that. The last guy would looked at it got beaten to hell, so what if he did something even worst, like tear it, mark it, or steal it, that would in his eyes warrant a serious punishment. And Jiwook knew that, that's why he sent Siwon, he played them both. He used Joohoon to get his revenge on his brother for imagined slights and used Siwon to take any punishment which Joohoon would have levied.
