She was quiet for about a minute and than she asked one more question: Do you count all inhabited planets or just Earth?

Well, she asked about people, there is no guarantee that the beings on other planets are people, they could be super intelligent shades of the colour blue, they could be giant intelligent stick insects, so essentially 7 billion humans would be the correct answer. Plus, we don't have actual population numbers for all of the other inhabited planets.
