Hey guys, sorry if it's not about yaoi but i've been wondering have any of you guys try losing weight before? I always want to lose weight but it's hard and i don't know much of how to do it properly. Do you guys have any experience about it and could you gave me suggestions on how to do ? Thank you so much (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

    The hardest thing about it is changing your diet since its an activity and thought that must become habitual. It's so easy to just grab a snack, but to lose weight you must discipline simple hunger cravings and properly consider what's going into your body.
    Now the part people are lazy about is exercising but don't even sweat it! All you have to do is get that ball rolling and it'll make a snowball all on it's own.
    Personally for me, the first week of spring can be really tough to get back into exercising because snow made me lazy to go for a jog. But just set the time out, be willing to exercise, and after you pass the hump of the first week it can only EVER get easier.
    You'll start feeling good right away and all ya gotta do is stay committed and disciplined.

    All it is is eating properly and working out. That's it, not even hard. Takes some motivation sure, but everyone should be able to feel the strength of their own body.

    I feel you. Anyway, the only way i gain weight is because I keep on eating too much. I eat when I'm bored or stressed and I'm both bored and stressed a lot. I saw this lady on a show who lost a loooooot of weight when she stopped eating because of cravings. She only ate when she was actually hungry and that's how she lost weight. I'm trying that do that right now.

    Try to control your calorie intake per day (according to your current and targeted weight). It takes a while to get used to the habit of doing that. And if you're similar to me, don't restrain yourself from eating specific type of food cuz you might badly crave for it later. So just eat everything in a limited amount.

    1. take it one step at a time -remember that we crawled before we walked and jogged before we ran
    2. take out all junk food from your diet (all processed no good food-eliminate it)
    3. After you get the hang of that, start going out for 30 mins walk everyday (stretch and warm up)
    4. Slowly take out other fattening foods
    5. Drink lots of water and drink green tea (makes you wanna pee and poo)
    6. See how much regular calorie intake for your weight is and reduce it by 500 I think (search this up please before you do anything cray cray like this, we don't want you fainting on us or becoming ill)
    I may end up making a YouTube video of my experience and stuff and a more detailed video in the future.
    Btw I was never obese or over weight. I just have some flub as I quit a sport that made me workout hardcore, so the list above is what I did and noticed a change (did it for a month now)
