Years ago I read the first few chapters of a manga that is very similar to My Hero Academia where the MC doesn't have any powers but goes to a super hero school. The difference is that even after enrolling in this school he still doesn't have powers but keeps a positive attitude. The MC is also bullied by by a someone powerful (kind of like the relationship between Deku and Bakugo). I am pretty sure this manga exist! Any clues or leads will be appreciated! (It's possible this mystery comic could have Chinese origins)

I don't think that's it, but thank you! The MC had black hair and was the nice and calm sort; he didn't get riled up easy nor did he care if people looked down on him for not having any powers.

Sorry! When I said mystery comic I meant it was a mystery to me. As for genre, it would be superheroes. The only mystery to it would be that no one knows why the MC is in a school for superheroes when he doesn't have any powers. Sorry again for the confusion.

I am still searching! And I don't think this is it, the MC wasn't a hot-headed. He was calm and seemed sure of himself despite having no powers. Thanks for the help though! I have changed my approach a little to see if I can find it in any of my bookmarks on other manga sites. I will be sure to let you know if I find it!
