That's what I thought. Sirius could be the rarest aka AB.

There're many topics talking about whether it's O or AB. it's based on what people view as first priority .. blood type with the least people .. or blood type with the most usefulness.Some people say O is very common, but actually the true universal blood donor is O-negative .. which isn't common at all .. but I'm not sure whether AB-negative is even more difficult to find or not.
Personally I think Sirius is "O" because you can give it to any blood groups, so it's more valuable .. well, in my opinion as a doctor anyway.

AB is the rarest blood type. A is the most common, B is second, O isn't common, but the rarest is AB (neg is even more rare). I think Sirius is AB simply because they're talking about rarity and using Violet to "top up" Mr. Sirius.
