From what I understand, Azuma isn't really the child's father, the sister and him are just pretending, because the sister had a child out of wedlock with some random dude and her parents are probably gonna kill her if they know; it's a win-win situation, the girl doesn't get in trouble and Azuma gets a nice position in the family bussiness, so they go for that...I guess.
