Hmm they didn't really explain too much but I believe Miya is the omega he was paired with thru his family. But it looks like Miya died.

They weren't destined pairs. Uncle was an Omega from the start. His family hid it from him (like Rei) and pulled some strings to get him matched up with an Omega to keep up the ruse.
It’s about these friends who are university (if I remember correctly) who want to rent this cheap place but the old couple landlords refuse and only wanted married or together couples. One of them says they are in a relationship (seme) which the other friend (uke; secretly in love with seme) is shocked and hesitant. They then have to “pretend” to do it to keep up the act, which then turns into actual sexy time. Tysm!
I really want to read it, but I'm scared it's heartbreaking. I wanna know what happens and the characters before I read it so I can prepare myself. Especially since I want to watch the anime and be prepared. The PV sounded sooo amazing.

I apologize in advance because this is not a summary :-D but I can tell you this.. it's happy and sad, it's heartbreaking and healing and everything in between.. so READ IT.. you won't regret it, I promise. It's a gem :-)
I'm afraid I'll spoil it for you if I say anything but please trust me when I say that it's an amazing manga and you should just read it! I agree with @airi_daffodils, it's both heartbreaking and healing. It's deep and emotional but also funny and crazy lol I suggest you read the manga before watching the anime tho because it might not be adapted well since the author's works are very... I don't know how to describe them but they're simple and still hit you where it hurts, you know? at least I think so.
I suggest you check out the author's other works as well like the Haikyuu doujins and the drama cds if you can find them.
