It was about a couple.the seme kept on playing with others . Seme was dependent on the uke for money I guess. So the uke left him because seme once again cheated. The uke went to his doctor friend.
In later chapter, the uke and seme came across each other. The seme was with some other man. And that man pushed the uke from the stairs and doctor frnd rescues him.
That's all I can remember.

A scene from a manga most probably a webtoon is stuck in my head. I can't remember the manga exactly.
Both the mc get pair ring. One mc goes partying with his friends and leaves his ring in the restroom. One of his friend find that ring and give it to some girl which has crush on the mc. She later gives it back to the mc.
