I think I've actually read a few shoujo with male POVs before. I can't remember any names, but I do remember that they either had men that were either self conscious about their looks or men who are in the closet about liking feminine things.

I was reading a manga and my history was deleted before I could finish it. It was about a student president who, after a car accident, began making crazy advances to a student he's barely talked to, saying thinks like let's get married and I love you. The president (seme) had glasses and light hair while the uke was a bit shorter than him with what he calls "average looks" and had dark hair.
