Well... I wouldn't know because I don't like that at all, not IRL and not in fiction either. It's a huge turn off to me. In fiction I might tolerate it a little bit if it contributes to the story or there's a good reason for it, but it can only be a little bit because it annoys me and once a story annoys me to a certain point I drop it. Almost every single isekai with a male MC has harem and ecchi in it, otherwise it's not popular and gets axed. Like FFS let me just enjoy seeing the MC being OP or living a slow life without having to witness so much cringe. It especially infuriates me when the companions are freaking useless. I'm female and I love yaoi, but yes. I know what you mean. I'd also like for yaoi to be more real instead of the wrong stuff that the female authors fantasize about, but I read it more for the romance and not so much for the sex, so I don't get as annoyed (I guess it's also because I'm female and it doesn't really apply to me?)
