I often feel lonely. Im not alone, I have good friends, good family. But most of the night, I just get so lonely and my tears would just flow out. Im not sad or anything, but they still flow out and sometimes I cant slop it. 1 reply

This might not help much but, here I go.
I used to not eat (starve myself, fasting, abstain) when I feel terrible, so that I could think that I feel terrible not because I did something wrong, but because I didn't eat. By starving myself, I found it easier to face the next day. Cause I'll feel so sick and bad that I could pass out anytime soon...... 1 reply
Yes, just a week ago. And got rejected. But I didnt regret it. Before I even confessed, I kept in mind that we might never talk anymore. I guess he would avoid me but Im fine with it too. Its not like I can just stay friend like that. I needed time. reply
