Of course these chapters are full of character development.
I’m happy that Matthew rejected to have sex with Jin. I was actually hoping that he’d say no because of his health condition. But while that was part of it, it was also for Matthew’s resolve against violent sexual lust.
And since Matthew said no, Jin really let it be.

See, I really wanted Jin to built immunity against his addictions and impulses. I wanted Matthew to model that behaviour of holding off on something you really want, i.e., sex with Jin,
Which does happen! More out of fear than self-restraint, but self restraint can be achieved eventually even if it’s initially prompted out of shock or fear.

It’s just, I wish the healthy balance really exists in sex for them as well. I know it’s kinda improbable because it’s a smut manhwa.
But it’d be real standing up on the author’s part.
