hi! im looking for manga about girl which had an accident when she was about 6 yo... boy in her age hurt her eyes and when she was in hospital he was visiting her and read her stories or watch horror movies (or something like that) and when she left hospital she decide to look fot the boy but she did know only his voice... in the end she found him when she went to HS, he was her classmate ... manga is one shot and i think it was part of one shot collection... pls help!!! i really want to read it again ╥﹏╥

Im looking for one shot, it was shojo romance, the girl when she was young was in hospital because of her eyes, the boy was fat and it was his fault that she hurt her eyes, she didn't know that fatty visited her every day and because of this "visitor" she started like horor movies (i think...). When she was realisted from hospital she was looking for the boy which she didn't know how he look but remember his voice... then the end was that the boy was thin and they went to the same HS and when they are in the classroom on VD she put chocolate on her lips a they kiss and thats end....
