There is a Yaoi I read last year, but I cannot seem to remember the title. I remember the story was about two men who were both wanting to buy the same condo( for impressing their partners). Neither one would back down from wanting to buy, so they decide to share the condo( or apartment).
One man was a business man type and was also secretly a " Super S" or an extreme sadist.
He hope to one day find a " Super M" as a partner( Super M's are very rare) he is part of an S&M club and his current partner is his pet. He keeps his " super S" nature a secret from his new roommate.
He ends up finding out that his roommate has M tendancies and might actually be a rare " super M" and not know it himself.
the Super S makes the Super M go to one of the clubs parties as his pet when his partner stands him up.
