Yeah there are yaoi fans who are really strict with positions and roles. If the author dares to not follow the "yaoi rules" they just lose their minds. The few times something different happens they insist on flooding the forums with "the smaller/shy/cuter guy should have been uke!11" Its really unfair too because like 90% of yaoi already caters to them while everyone else is left with the crumbs.
