So I read this manga like a few months back, and can't remember the name~~
The manga is about a couple that started dating in high-school (I think), so after a few year the Uke start to feel bad because he grown taller and bigger and feel bad cause he is not as cute as he used to be, and think the Seme doesn't want him anymore and cause the Seme "kinda" stayed the same but now shorter then him, so the Seme to make sure that the Uke know he doesn't care if he taller or etc', push the Uke down and make himself the Uke now (Uke->Seme, Seme->Uke)...
I remember it had like 1 chapter when I read it a fw months back~
