Unfortunately not a manga! It's an illustration for a novel though I don't recall the name of it.
Oh I see. What a shame. It would have been nice if it was. But, novels ain't that bad it surely does let anyone's imagination go wild.

there was this couple that had an arranged marriage and the uke got pregnant. I think it had something to do about family traditions. I am not quite sure but I think it had something to do about a flower (that helped the uke to get pregnant?) I don't remember the title of that manga and I wanted to read it again, seemed like I forgot to bookmark it. It was sort of supernatural type of genre. Thank you guys for the responses, I will look into them one by one. I also think it had something to do about a flower (sort of like, the flower was the emblem of the family of the seme/uke?) I think at first, the seme really did not like the idea of being married as well (not really sure). I tried to search the manga in Japanese and apparently it only has 5vol, so unless the author releases a new volume there are not gonna be more updates
