It was a part of a one shit series and I remember it being chapter 6.
It was about a guy (uke) that had left the yakuza, but his boyfriend, with a black snake on his back, was still in it.
There was a youngster who wanted to take ukes place or something, he lured uke out, and seme out to watch.
Uke was revealed to have a white snake on his back.
Yakuza leader drops in and goes "when the White snake dances, even the black snake covers in fear"

I'm looking for a yaoi where the uke is older than the seme and the seme had run away from home (IF I remember correctly) and forced himself on the uke in both sex and living arrangments... The uke gets a call from semes brother while at work...
The seme confronts his brother and the brother threatens the seme with "maybe the police world be interested if I told them about the uke and him taking advantage of a younger guy" or something and the seme responds with "I raped him, wouldn't that get ME more in trouble" and then the brother backs off...
