Think most fucked up game of cards you've ever played. If you've been anywhere on the site recently, you've probably heard of Caste Heaven. I'm not sure if MC even counts as a delinquent when pretty much everyone in the cast is. (excluding a character here and there) Maybe it doesn't, but if you want an uke who's a sassy little shit, tough as nails, and has an temper shorter then my fingernail, then you might wanna give it a read.
I can't quite think of any manhwa. Peach Love has a cast of delinquents. I don't think mc "Love" is a delinquent personality wise. He does look like one and is generally treated like it though (in thr first chapter some people run from bim cause they think hes one). i think it's been implied he used to be part of something bigger but idk havent read it in a while.
Addiction doesnt have a delinquent mc, but he also has a sick-of-your-shit attitude, if you like that kinda thing.

Ok, hopefully someone can help me out. I remember nothing about this manga im looking for EXCEPT a little chibi version of the uke(or maybe seme?) in a hospital bed with sweat beads saying something like "phew, i'm alive" in the blank page in between chapters. I think he had a major surgery with a low success rate and the seme didn't know?? or something like that. The chibi's hair was black and long to his shoulders.

It's a genre that's really popular. As far as I know, Suddenly became a princess was a book first before it became a webtoon. It's purely coincidence, because while the whole father-daughter plot is similar, the details, characters and such are all really different and the emperor's daughter is nowhere near as finished as suddenly became a princess. I've read a lot of stories and books like that, and trust me, this genre is extremely popular
