I really loved watching the anime so I figured I should read the manga as well. As I thought, I did love it! But I'm really glad I watched the anime first because as I read I kept getting more and more surprises! The character development and the plot was better than the anime. So I think if I read the manga first I would have been suuuuuper disappointed in the anime because the characters I know and love wouldn't have been the same; even if it was really good.

You're totally right. I read the manga first and then watched the anime and I had to force myself to keep watching til the end of it.. =/
