Exactly what LauraLys said. Also, I think the author was trying to break stereotyping. That not all omegas are small and innocent looking and not all alphas are tall, strong, manly.

The uke has a crush on the deme but one day the seme misunderstands and thinks that the uke likes his friend and not him...
