I read this a while ago and it seemed so interesting haha because i don't think I've read it but no one knew the manga. Anyways here it is



"Looking for a yaoi manga. I only remember some parts of it. Long post ahead
So the seme and uke is already engaged. The uke thinks that the seme is not interested in him because they never had sex. The seme is something like a boss in a corporation, and have a secretary. So the uke ask the secretary who is a fujoshi, the way of making the seme interested in him. And so they have an idea give a food or drink with aphrodisiac to the seme. But the seme never eat any of that food or drink given. So the Secretary end up mixing the aphrodisiac with a perfume and give it to the seme, but the uke dont know about this. After that the seme give the perfume to the uke, and without knowing the uke use it before he go to work modelling. At work the uke is already so aroused and almost give a blowjob to his boss or something. And after the seme found out what happened he quickly go to the uke and take him home by car. In the car the uke is still aroused and tries to open the seme pants, so the seme ended up tied him in the back seat. And when the uke comes to his senses he think he was going to be kidnapped.
I only remember that much, the uke is crossdressing i guess."

Ah my memories of this manga has kind of faded a bit so some stuff might be wrong...sorry

But the main characters(idk if it was yaoi or shoujo) were lovers but then one of them got into this accident and got into a coma. Then years later, he/she wakes up to find an old guy(maybe not that old) and mistakes this guy's nephew as his/her lover. It turns out that the guy caring for him/her is her/his true lover but he aged because he/she was in a coma for many years.
