The father is a total abuser and Narcissist! Reading this plot I'm reminded of my BFF who passed away as a result of both of her parents cruel mind game's! Out the two, her mother was the worst! My Best friend & neighbor was a good girl with a beautiful heart. Smart, upbeat and excelled in fashion design but lacked in common sense. She was also an big Advocate for Better Mental Health, as her life was a prime example of a person dealing with an array of diagnosis. Like most she had her up and downs but she never turned to the hard-core stuff. She was a strong girl with strong moral beliefs. Her saving grace was the use of Medical Marijuana, only using it when she was in absolute pain and could no longer function. All her pain stemed from her parents pushing her out of the house and into the streets, just so they could get a break. The Mom placed 2 FALSE TROs on her daughter just to keep her away from the house! I never really understood how bad the situation was until she came to stay with us, across the street for a month. I saw and heard everything that went on before and after. Everything she told me was spot on! It was scary. Once the mom realized I understood what was happening, she tried to turn the tables, saying that I need to be careful of her daughter. That she was good at manipulation and deceit. The mom said all this with a darkness in her eyes. It was like peering into an emotionless abyss. Makings of a true psychopath! Her father stood by his wife. He was just as bad, if not worse because he enabled her cruel tactics. Her brother was their "golden child". Although he is a mooching abusive drunk, he could do no wrong in their eyes. The brother did nothing but got everything and his sister got nothing but did everything. With all that she had been through, I was amazed and grateful that she was able keep her glow! Both parents were meant for each other. Both were untouchable because they had good standings with the people around them and in a position of honor. I still wait for the day I can get Justice for her and finally lay her to rest.
Just like this story, hers was also not the norm. I mean what kind of a parent would hurt their child in such a cruel manner repeatedly and on purpose? Mentally and emotionally cripple their child and then sever ALL bonds such as friends, family and neighbors, isolating her so she has no one to turn to for help?
