I read a good chunk on Lezhin and just couldn't bring myself to finish it since I knew it wasn't going to end with a "happy" ending
But I didn't think it was going to be this tragic
This is going to stay with me for awhile
I think the main character's name was Nanako (Idk might be wrong) and she's had this unrequited crush on her childhood friend but he's kinda aloof and just flat out tells her he just doesn't like her. Her crush ends up dating a girl like in the first few chapters.
The only other thing I remember is that the mc is really energetic and stupid
I know it's really vague ToT
Has Koogi ever answered any questions about how/why Sangwoo helped Yoon Bum backed then?
I read her past Q&As and she only answered the question with "it's a spoiler, keep reading".
Now that the series ended there still wasn't a flash-back to the military training incident or any answers to whether Sangwoo even remembered Yoon Bum (unless I missed a chapter).
She doesn't answer a lot of questions :'> But I think Sangwoo doesn't like seeing someone's being bullied. Yes I know he's a psychopath and he himself did a lot of worse things, but remember how Sangwoo would always get upset when Bum mentioned he was raped by his uncle? That makes me think that Sangwoo doesn't like seeing people got bullied, raped or anything that has the same nature.
But Sangwoo bullied Bum sometimes and also raped him...
Yup but him seeing someone else getting bullied is another thing :'> Like you get to it but other can't do it kind of thing :'> At least that's all I can come up with at the moment to explain why :'>
I do remember Sangwoo protecting Yoon Bum from that childhood classmate and even from Jieun but that was after getting to know Yoon Bum.
But uugh I just really need a flashback chapter in Sangwoo's POV during the military training!!
Like did he help Yoon Bum because Sangwoo can't stand bullying/hurting/r*ping or did he feel compelled to help because Yoon Bum resembles his mother??
I'm not sure about resembling SW's mother, but I kinda think he helps Bum cuz he can't stand bullying. Or maybe it's both? Like maybe he hates seeing others getting cocky and also at the same time stopping those who bullies Bum cuz Bum resembles SW's mum.
Ah that makes the most sense considering Sangwoo's personality
