I've reread it again and now I'm feeling emotional love the characters, they had a hard life , they have no choice but to live like this, my heart aches for them (╥﹏╥)
Is it only for me or some pages just don't load from chapter 7 till the end? Is there any way to fix this? I already tried reloading and putting on/off the multipages option and it didn't work. Somebody, help!!! ╥﹏╥ I really wanna read this completely and not just half assedly! '◡'
If you want some ridiculously hardcore S&M then go ahead I guess... But the overly feminized faces and bodies of the male characters was the deciding factor in me dropping this. The plot.... well. Idk. If you like this, then go a head and enjoy. While this genre is certainly my cup of tea, lets just say it wasn't brewed to my personal liking.
It began all too suddenly, I don't even understand the first couple nor the second, until they properly establish what the context is regarding a house of masters and slaves welcoming their guest. From there on, the story progressed slowly as they introduce more and more couples. Then, it continues what has been initially established. Truth to be told, the ending for the master didn't make much sense to me, but the atmosphere really paints a bittersweet reunion and final goodbyes.
back when i read the manga in 2016, the comment section praised the complexity of the characters, the art, the detail, the style and story of the overall manga while keeping in mind that this is FICTION and no way made to reflect what happens irl, maybe some aspects but it is still ficton, but now i came back to re read it and all i see ppl tryna kink shame the author and trying to be woke about a 1999 released manga .-. bruh the tags are there, read them, if it triggers you then dont read, why is it so hard to ignore sumn but yall jus have to come and shit at people for liking these types of themes because you wanna represent yourself as some 'moral pope'. no one said its not problematic, but some ppl jus enjoy taboo themes and thats that. we dont come to read mangas and relieve stress only to be judged by you assholes here, have some respect for other people's preferences or at least the author themselves.

Damn I took a break from this site for a while and wondered why the board culture is completely different. It sucks the comments used to be good and helpful.
late on the convo, but I totally agree with the clear boundaries of FICTION. If anything, you can only judge the morality of the work by the morality it sets. Ive gone through numerous stories who set real-life morals and it's easier to judge them accordingly. But when stories, just like this one, sets its own moral code, it's the reader's warning and caution to see the value of the text on its right. Hence, I also agree that the characters are well-written as well as the depth of their relationships. I like the spectrum of master-slave relationships which show which are acceptable and which are frowned upon. The author knows how their own rules work and how to willfully break it for the plot, and they never wrote it to be preachy because it's character-oriented, not some sort of idealistic and 4th wall breaker execution.
and yes, i think that because of the sensitive or at least overly aware generation they forget to properly critique fiction (since it has many forms, purposes, and intentions).
Great. Didn't care for all the piercings b/c I hate needles but I looooooove the art from older mangas because they are more detailed than the manga/webtoons we have today ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
