Don't worry. I can relate to the problems that you're dealing with. I often have difficulty expressing my thoughts vocally and I am very publicly self-conscious, due to my introverted nature and difficulty in communicating my exact thoughts from my brain to my mouth. There may be a pinch of social anxiety, but I don't think your problem is anythin......   1 reply

I am literally the living ball of awkwardness. No matter where I go or what situation I am in I can't help but feel this uneasiness sprouting within me.

For example, I am just walking in the mall or buying some food in the canteen (tons of peeps can be found in these places) I get totally conscious about myself. Thoughts such as: "I probably look weird and awkward right now so I should hurry up." Or "I should act normal". Another example is when a lot of people are paying attention to me or let's say public speaking. I can't stand their stares and then i end up doing and saying something ridiculous.

I sometimes feel uncomfortable when I am talking to a person (close friends included). I have trouble in coming up with new topics to talk about so I always end up just listening to them and smile (it depends on the situation tho lol)

Does this mean I have a social anxiety? Or am I just an awkward kid?

Personally I like reading yaoi over yuri. There is something about yaoi that trumps yuri any day. I can read yuri but I have to be in a certain mood and it has to be shounen ai yuri   reply

I was SHOOKT. The only manga I had ever read were the action ones so seeing this really caught me off guard. But after awhile I ended up being "numb" to it and enjoyed those scenes   1 reply

I think I was about 14 years old when I first discovered Yaoi. It was completely accidental too lol. I was just scrolling on tumblr (leave it to Tumblr for me to find this) and one one of the manga blogs that I followed reblogged something about Junjou Romantica. From then the rest was history   reply

To me, death is the full stop of my journey as 'me'. Even if I were reborn, I wouldn't be reborn as 'me', but someone else. Because I understand the value of life, I want to live my life to the best of my capability, until I'm left with no regrets. I think the knowledge that there is no happiness waiting in the land of the dead is important for peo......   reply

They'd probably think I'm gay and request me not to bring a son-in-law home. I suppose they'd monitor my internet browsing as well. In all honesty, I'd do everything in my power to ensure that they never discover my love for yaoi, as long as I'm living with them.   reply

I think love can be a very beautiful no matter who or what you choose to love Cause to me love is love. All of my friends are part of the LGBT+ community even me, I love reading yaoi not only because of the smut but because of the love the characters share and how sometimes it's base on real life events. Some Yaois thought me lessons that I wouldn'......   reply
