The last one that made me cry was Tamayura, at last it was such a sad and romantic story, I really appreciate those mangas that make cry, because are powerfull enough to make me express those emotions outside.   1 reply

Honestly, webtoons are eyecatchy. But, may it be Japanese manga or Korean webtoon, as long as the story is a marvel, nothing would matter more. I can't have a biased judgment ^ v ^   reply

I like both but I think most yaoi manhwas have interesting plot like blood bank, killing stalking, a man like you, youjin, royal servant, what lies at the end (my personal favorite   reply

Sobbing mess: Erased, A Silent Voice, Attack on Titan, Goodnight Punpun, Our happy hours, ... Silent tears (but made me feel broken too): Land of the Lustrous, Tokyo Ghoul (was a sobbing mess, but after a lot of your fav characters die, you become apathetic), Don't be mad sensei, Mushishi, Nukoduke (don't ask why, read and find out), Petshop of h......   1 reply

I like both the same :3 I guess Manhwa was pretty much unknown some years ago so there might be some people who are not so exposed to it.Or maybe I just did not know much about it? Still I believe that as long as the artstyle and the plot are great it will always work out. I read quite a lot of stuff and I appreaciate that people take their dream......   reply

Manga, hands down. I just really hate the way webtoons are constructed. It's like one panel and then TONS OF WHITE and then one panel and TONS MORE WHITE and I just can't even-- Webtoons are more indie though, which is likely where the sense of realism comes from. While it's true I do prefer that kind of story I just find the deliver method so agg......   3 reply

Do you prefer Japanese manga or Korean webtoons?
I personally started got into BL because of Japanese manga but as I grow older, I'm starting to prefer Korean Webtoons The characters are usually more mature and the setting is more realistic, the Seme usually doesn't try to rape the uke, the characters feel like real people and it's often funny in a natural way. The series usually lasts for a longer time compared to manga which tends to be shorter.I enjoy the full color and a major reason is that I know Korean so I can enjoy webtoons in the original language without having to wait for translation.

What about you guys? Which do you prefer and why?

If I actually find it cute I just get the warm fuzzies, any outward reaction would be just a smile   reply

BASICALLY the whole Caste Heaven shit. Guy is forced to be raped because of the school/society rules, constantly being tortured, but never breaks, sex toys, public humiliation, the list goes on! But HELL, I. Fucking. Love it. It's not something I approve of in real life, but totally okay in yaoi! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧   2 reply

Trope that I love so much it pisses me off: When one of the guys in the will-be-couple seems really scary and intimidating to the other one, but ends up being really nice to the other one? It's so stupid lol   2 reply

Hug the shit out of my pillow or anything that my eye come into contact with. Start making incomprehensible squealing sounds (try to keep my voice down using my pillion or whatever because neighbours and family). Don't you just want to scream at the top of your lungs when you see two guys being cute with each other? Sighhh I DOOOOOOOOOO   reply

Me? (⌒▽⌒) I do a lot of things when I encounter cute yaoi scenes, like shouting unintelligible words, hyper ventilating due to the uber cuteness, or squeezing my fellow fujoshi friend's arm (when we're together)...hahaha...ヾ(☆▽☆)   reply

Fujoshi here ! ヾ(☆▽☆) Well I usually read alone in my room so I don't have to pay attention. But even so I don't have any special reaction I think. Sometimes I'll smile, take a long stare at the scene and breath in all the fluffy feeling it's giving me. So that's about it... (⊙…⊙ )   reply
