Why food? Why won't you make me fat??

I asked people what the best solution to get fat is and they said is to eat a huge amount every meal and eat it fast. I did those and gain not a single pound. I think being thin runs in our family. My sister already has three children and she's still as thin as me. People would look at her whenever my niece would call her mommy and they would ask, 'that's your child?'. It makes me laugh every single time. Then, people would always think that I'm in high school even though I already graduated college and already has a job. Why food? Why won't you make me fat!!?? ಠ_ಠ

Maybe you should stop thinking about what to eat for getting fatter and start eating even more healthier there are people that won´t gain weight till they eat very healthy.
Also as said before you could go to a doctor and check for allergies and foot intolerances and nutritional and metabolic diseases, just to make sure you don´t have them. Also check if you eat enough of all vitamins cause if you don´t your body can´t digest evrything. Also there is the stuff with the bacteria if you have the right bacteria in your stomach it can help you gain ( or loose, for overweight people) weight, you could take probiotica (eat yoghurt first before trying medicine). Also as I and others mentioned before you can do exercises to gain muscular weight doing sports also activates your cardiovascular system and that can help your body to store fat.
Also evereyone is individual and has a body which works in it´s own way so try everything out, and don´t exept fast results.

Hey! Thanks for the advice!! I do eat healthy. Well..not exactly though. Haha. I'm picky when it comes to vegetables. And I don't do exercise either.. I always thought that it would deplete my calories. But on the bright side, I love eating yogurt. Wait, foot intolerances? What's that?

that means you don´t have a certain enzym to digest parts of the food you eat. Like gluten, fructose, glocose, lactose. My brother has gluten intolerance and stopt growing till we found out ╥﹏╥

I hope by fat you mean gaining weight o.o? Lets be honest most people want to be healthy? I guess? Cause if it is gaining weight then maybe it would help to eat many meals a day but not huge ones like smaller portions but more regularly. For example you are normally eating 3 meals a day, I presume then eat around 5-7 meals a day but smaller ones. However in total more than you would normally eat. That is the only thing I can imagine without you bursting your stomach... ;n; The whole point is keeping your stomach busy and not hungering until you can eat the next meal. I would also start exercising if you are not already doing that :3 there are tons of workouts out there, hope it helped<3(๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Rather than just eat more I would reccomend you to do muscular training and meanwhile eating a lot of healthy proteins, fat , and no fast food. Many poeple don´t have a normal figure beacause of those foods, if you don´t get fat because of them then it´s gentic there still have the same negative effects on your body. To high blood pressure, risk of getting diabetis and so on. Trainig is a good way of heightening your body weight especially for guys. You have to find the right amount of training and eating time because if you don´t you either get to much muscles or lose even more weight.

There is no way that I'm lucky! People would always tell me to eat so that I can get fat. They don't know what struggles I do. If I eat more than what I'm eating right now, my stomach would burst. (/´Д`)/

I'm a person who has body issues with being over weight... But going out and eating a lot isn't very good for your body. Be happy being skinny cause I sure as hell wish I am. (● ̄(エ) ̄●)

As someone who's naturally very skinny and also works out a lot (when i'm not reading manga) and also about your age, i'd recommend some weight gainer if you're super desperate. Diet will only do so much. I'm 19, so not too far from you (you're maybe 25 tops?) If you dont wanna do mass gainer and want to stick to diet, then starches! Eat lots of potatoes, eggs, peanut butter, pasta (rice wont have same effect!), oatmeal (this'll help a lot)...bananas, and protein..these will all help you pack on that little extra weight.. If it werent for these i'd probably be about 105lbs, (i'm 5'10) ..i changed my diet to these around a year ago (wheni started working out harder) and i've gained about 20lbs.. it jsut kinda sucks, because they're not fun to eat, but it definitely works after a few months (give it at least 6months) ...an example of an average days meal plan would be like "eggs toast in the morning....banana as a snack, some mashed potato dish for lunch, pasta or your mashed potatoes for dinner (with meat) ...and then maybe milk and something before bed....! also side note, eating before bed will help you put on weight fast (because your body stores it since it wont be expending the energy) BUT you'll get a belly

Whenever I eat before bed though, I wake up at two in the morning hungry. It always happens. Thanks for the advice though! I'll eat more oatmeal (if that's possible). ヽ( ´¬`)ノ

Dont just eat more oatmeal, eat everything else, and make sure it's multiple times throughout the day. Also drink lots of water :) good luck on your quest in becoming fatter :') ( ̄∇ ̄")

Dont just eat more oatmeal, eat everything else, and make sure it's multiple times throughout the day. Also drink lots of water :) good luck on your quest in becoming fatter :') ( ̄∇ ̄") also use weight gain if you're desperate..but being skinny isnt a bad thing

I've got two friends like that, and the first one told me how she was really unhappy and how she wanted to get some curves. I believe she's been doing various exercises that are supposed to help gain weight.
And the other friend only eats very little. She refuses to eat anything other than junk food, and less of that too. I'm really worried for her.
But perhaps, if there are exercises, then you can try them.

I'm the same and the only thing I can advice you is to eat more often. Sounds disappointing but gaining weight is much harder them losing it, if your metabolism is too fast.
Eating McDonald's is stupid and won't do you any good. Just eat many snacks like nuts (cause they're tasty and are rich in healthy fats), chocolate or whatever you like. Don't expect to see results right away, that won't happen! And just keep on trying

You're absolutely right there. Gaining weight is becoming an impossible dream for me. I'm not into fast foods though as well as junk foods, canned foods and noodles. I rarely eat those. Yeah. I'll try the nuts. I'm not that into chocolate cause it's too sweet. d=(´▽`)=b

My friend long ago, have slim body. Every female in her family have slim body. One day she decided to gain more weight, she took some supplements and it make her want to eat a lot. But I think it not just the amount she eat but that supplements too. Because before she just eat lot, but her body still slim. (I'm sorry for my poor english).
