Whenever I read yaoi in public, I always make sure to keep the brightness levels on my cellphone really low so other people who might get close to me can't see what I'm reading. Also, I try to look as casual as I possibly can, or have "poker face" while reading so as to not draw any attention to myself (But I'm not gonna lie. It can get pretty diff...... reply

The best way is using a phone. And if it's a comic, just wrap the outside with something cute (maybe people sees it as our present or something -_-" meh, idk)
