They're two separate things. Asexuals differ, but generally it means you don't experience sexual attraction. Panromantic is like pansexual but only romantic attraction. So somebody who's asexual would likely say they're asexual and panromantic, not pansexual because that implies sexual attraction. reply

So first of all there is a difference between romantic and sexual attraction. Sexual attraction is what most people know. It is just who you think is attractive in a pure sexual way. So if you see someone would you do it with them (based on their gender).

a panromantic person can get attracted to people no matter what gender they identify themselves as but doesnt necessarily feel sexual attraction to all genders, while a pansexual can feel sexually attracted to all genders.
