The first I could remember was "Sick" by Kurahashi Tomorrow. A really cute one I liked it ლ(´ڡ`ლ).

Funny thing everyone that I know started getting into Yaoi after they read Shounen Ai, but for me my first ever BL was a yaoi and it was Crimson Spell. I loved it and still do can't wait for the new update. I'm thankful that I read it first it brought me into the world of Yaoi and a world I would Have never guessed existed (you go 8y/o me) reply
It was "gakuen heaven", i stumbled upon it by mistake but i never regretted seeing it. I liked it at first but only until i found out more about yaoi and there are ones with better plot and art style. Now.... Not so much.. reply
Oh man, I'm not sure if I can remember my first yaoi! I've always been into the whole teacher/student romances, and I eventually ran out of straight manga that I liked. I got curious and started reading yaoi, and I think the very first one I fell in love with was Ten Count (even if it isn't a teacher/student romance, but it's a little similar at le...... reply
鮫島くんと笹原くん (Samejima-kun to Sasahara-kun) was my first yaoi and I loved it. Not sure if I still do haha cause it was years ago and the manga was liscenced, so you can't read scans of it anymore reply
I actually think that the first yaoi manga/manhwa was a doujin, which I believe it was either Aot or Yoi. It's funny, because that was my discovering of yaoi, which I'm obsessed with now lmao reply
