My mom doesn't even know there is a thing such as boy x boy romance on manga XD That's why she lets me read them with no fear. She thinks that manga is all about pure romance and magical creatures just because she has watched Pockemon before... And that's what i make her believe all these years. I didn't lie to her. When she asked me if i read manga i said yes. Not asking me what kind of is her problem :p
But if she found out... Let's say that i would have my pc and my phone... YES you heard it right MY PHONE confiscated for at least a year :(
I convinced my mom once to buy a shounen-ai manga and told her that they're gay but she like didn't really care that much about it. So she does know that I read gay stuff but still thinks I'm innocent af because appearantly it's 'just cute stuff, no smut' *cough* *cough*. I'd have serious problems getting my mom into yaoi (my dad's definitely a no-go) since she doesn't even like anime/manga. And tbh I wouldn't have the courage to watch a yaoi with her (but well....pics are fine:)
i HADN'T THOUGHT ABOUT THAT! Maybe i could also show her a shounen ai so that my guilty consciousness cleans up a little XD She's not homophobic so without the smut this could work out.
