I definitely am bothered by the amount of rape/dubious consent in yaoi. Unfortunately, the target audience of yaoi tends to like when there's some dubious consent and I'm not sure they really see rape as seriously as they should, especially since they are men. I think my biggest peeves are sex without Lubricant/with unnatural lube (like SPIT don't use spit guys buttholes don't work like that) and #2. Not only can kids get addicted to porn (my sister did), they can easily be swayed into thinking that sex is Bad(tm) and that they are Bad for thinking that it's interesting or that they like to see it/read it.
