I went to grad school in Boston and worked part time in a bike shop. One weekend my boyfriend and I biked from Boston to Provincetown. We were NOT prepared and at that time we had only street maps to rely on. It took about 8-10 hrs as I recall and since we got a late start we got in after dark and found an inn to stay at and MY G*D did my ass hurt after that-- and not in a sexy way, bike seats are not all built for comfort. We had brunch the next day and honestly I don't remember how we got home
