Hmm...depends on what consider "good". You can easily choose genuinely high rated ones & filter your search more through Baka updates search engine. That's what I recommend if you are looking for the real higher rated ones. Because I think (strictly personal opinion) the rating here is a bit biased due to majority of the readers/fans being fujoshi. Now, I am a fujoshi myself. So, I am not saying that fujoshis don't read other genres. It's just that our higher numbers must have affected the rating one way or another, I think.
Now then, if you still want to try mangago's recommendations then try something from Shadow's yaoi manga with 9 rating or higher list, OR Green Emerald's yaoi completed & 2+ vol list.

Please recommend me a good yaoi manga or mangalist with a good story and higher ratings and also complet. ongoing is okay as long as it didn't end in a cliffhanger. Thank you so much :)
