all jokes aside i do quit enjoy the reversed dynamic her immensely... usually they have the bottom going through all sorts of angst and oppression gymnastics before they're finally deemed "worthy" enough to deserve the prize of dating the top or sum bullshit like that, but here it's the opposite. granted i found that even reversed i actually still find this trope irritating as FAWK but what i DID enjoy immensely out of this story using this trope with reversed dynamics is that it lets us see toraji be VULNERABLE - and not just vulnerable, but also anxious, worried, scared, heartbroken, etc etc just overall, as i said above, a miserable sopping wet dog. mmm... i love me some sad, miserable, heartbroken tops.
