Personally wouldn't recommend looking on here since lots of creeps are here. I suggest trying in twitter/X. I've made some fandom friends there.
Like literally just search up the fandom you're interested in, then start following accounts you like and engage with their posts a lot. Because people of the same interests see each other's posts a lot, you'll eventually become more active in the fandom and naturally have people to talk to daily about stuff.
Be careful, especially if you're still a minor (and even if you're not)because there are some creepy people here
