Due to each novel arcs being split into different manga parts, the translation has not yet covered up to the beginning of arc 4. The translation of arc 3 (and possibly arc 2 as well) are in work alongside arc 4. Unfortunately, the anime has not yet covered the entirety of arc 3 (or has not covered whatsoever), so the only way to catch up to arc 4's story is by reading the light novels.
