the most important spoilers for the next arc are that sylvie almost dies sacrificing herself for arthur and becomes an egg. arthur almost dies and loses his mana core, becomes half dragon, and restores his core as an aether core. the weapon in his hand manifests as a new character, regis, who takes the form of a wolf. arthur is in the enemy’s nation during his recuperation and trains among them. he also becomes their teacher. he kills a scythe in front of all of them and then runs off and finally returns home. oh and tessia or whatever her name is is possessed by the soul of celia as part of agrona’s plan. thats the super watered down version of it, ofc.

i wasn’t the one that left the comment about those spoilers but i think they were referring to spoilers about character deaths that happen in this war arc. i dont remember who dies since its been so long since ive read the novel
