I just re-read this last week, read it for the first time in 6yrs.
I don't like it as much as I did when I first read it. It's still well written and executed, but something is missing for me? I guess it's my age or the fact that I've read comics that I liked far more over the last 6yrs?
I just re-read Sica Wolf after this one, which I also hadn't touched for years and like it way more. I had just read The Beast Tamed by the Villainess before either of those comics and loved it.
Maybe I just prefer the romance genre over this one which should have been something like slice of life, because there's barely any romance at all. The main focus of the comic is her relationship with her father and sister. Sure she has interactions with both ml, but they felt hollow and the 2mls felt shallow as hell. It literally ended with her not having chosen either aside from a childrensbook side story where she married both and another where she was with the mage on a date.
