It's probably because MC already said he knew that ML didn't mean it, but what they aren't considering is that mc also just said it'd been like 2 days since it happened. If it happened to them, they wouldn't wanna talk to ML for weeks either! MC is right to put some boundaries and distance because literally nothing would change if he gave ML what he wanted without truly earning it, just communicating won't fix everything.
I don't get why ppl are saying MC should be opening up to ML. Who in their right mind would confess to someone who said they hate gays?
