I dont know how to feel about this one. i really liked the art style and the general plot, but there are so many things that bothered me. The fact that there is not a single redeemable male aside from the male lead. Every single one of them is absolute trash. Or the fact that our fl has absolutely zero personal connection with her original world and yet is desperate to go back. Her longing didnt feel geniuine to me, more like self pitying thoughts of someone who got dealt a bad hand. And there are so many sad stories surrounding her (with their characters pushing through it all) that her plight felt like “just one more sad story”. And I get the final teaching the author wanted to tell in the love aspect, but the respect our male lead has for her was taken to such an extreme that he didn’t have a personality (that we could see) for the entire story. Their interactions felt so bland…. Anyway, this is obviously a personal opinion. In another moment of my life I might have read this and loved it. Just posting this to see if others felt something similar. I read this because of all the praise in the comments, but I just feel it doesnt live up to them.
