I see we are here in this part now? I used to wonder how their food tastes. I remember reading in the novel that their chefs who are in the castle use too much spices or uses them in the wrong way so it often tastes overwhelming or it doesn't bring the best taste out of the meat or ingredients used. I used to imagine the middle east or indian cuisine there
*editing since it was misunderstood, I am comparing their cuisine to the ME and indian food in terms of the amount of different spices used as they describe the cuisine in the castle (novel basis). Absolute not saying their food tastes bad and the like. Just that if the castle chefs cook right, their food would prolly taste like the middle east's.
