I personally think he did but his love for his family was bigger. He wanted to protect his family and she really didn't act like someone that would take their side, she was a puppet of the Empress Cleo so he even tho he liked her atleast in the beginning decided it for more important to have his family over a woman that may turn her back on him
Tbh I hope Raymond loved Titania in the first life all the way to the current life, even tho she acting the way she did he still couldn’t truly hate her and still has feelings for her and tried to save her or smth but failed TOT but he didn’t realize his feelings till much later when it was too late cuz of him thinking about his family status and all that and also trying to protect them and stuff or wtv- cuz he’s so focused on his family and his family hates the imperial family yada yada and he’s focused on his job and stuff IDK BUT I TRULY HOPE HE LOVED HER AND NEVER STOPPED LOVING HER AND LIKE TRIED TO FOLLOW HER OR SMTH-
