Ethan loves her like a sister though... I really like that along the time they went from pretending into real family. Now they only have each other as a family. (Before marrying). Ethan is that caring overprotective brother too... He adore her so much he would constantly hug her and kisses her forehead or cheeks. Maybe for show at first but they both didn't dislike these kind of familial warmth after all that happened with their family
Is it possible Paula will get adopted by a noble family so the count can marry her? Guys? Any spoilers if my theory is true? Cause, this is the only possible solution I can think of...
