If someone gets punched no matter if they can fight back/ cannot fight back they were still physically assaulted. The guy did not even want to kiss him, he loves the guy but he didn't consent in that very emotional tear inducing moment. As you saw you can still be a victim of SA even if the person is your partner. He took advantage of his body and ignored when there was no active participation.

Yeah, so i don't really consider that rape, although it was still wrong to do. It was more like an angry sex. I mean yall forget that haebom is an adult man and could have surely shown some type of resistance, physically or verbally at the very least. But he didn’t do anything. He didn't voice that he also wants it, cause he didn't want Taesung to find out that he still yearns for him. And i actually think that he called it rape, so that Taesung would stay away from him ( cause he knows that Taesung doesn't want to harm him and the thought of him forcing himself on haebom would be so heartbreaking for him that he would stay away typa shit)
