Too much spices does ruin a dish. It masks the real taste of each ingredients, making it too strong or to the point that you can only taste the spice, but not the meat or vegetables.
Its just a matter of preference. The same way a wester country with a weak spice food cuisine would find, say, indian cuisine too spiced and unable to appreciate it hence the ruined food.
But i dont understand how spices ruin a dish when they make it better
Also since i use spices ik tooo much spices will ruin the dish
