This reminds me of me and my late childhood best friend throughout HS and early adulthood. We were both jealous like this and she confessed her feelings to me in 9th grade. We dated and broke up many times. It was just as frustrating as this story. She was EVERYTHING to me though and more. She passed away last year. I miss her every day ╥﹏╥
