I am speechless ... I do not think I have EVER enjoyed reading a manhwa as much as I have enjoyed reading this one. I ended up finishing this in a few hours. When I read the synopsis, I assumed this would be a classic reconciliation between old friends that leads to that one straight character "turning gay", and them ending up with each other. In reality, this ended up being completely different and I have no complaints about this what so ever.
This just HITS, I absolutely loved everything about this, it hurt and made me smile in all the right ways. If you don't like slow burns then this is definitely not for you HOWEVER, I still encourage anyone to give this a try. The overall plot is well done and it is very relatable and entertaining. This is definitely an amazing story because it feels so real and there is not an excessive amount of drama (just enough to keep the story moving). I highly encourage shounen-ai lovers to read!
UUGGHHHHHH I absouletly adored this. The plot, the art, the characters!!!! It was all so cute and entertaining, I really liked it. The storyline had a nice flow and it was nice to see how the dynamic between the love interests changed. Honestly relationship-wise this just felt so natural and real, and the characters felt so authentic. I also LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the artstyle, it is unique and adorable and so pleasing.
I love when authors take secondary characters and give them their own story they deserve and honestly I think I loved this one more than the "original", Akihabara Fall In Love. The overall concept is really entertaining and while the concept of mangas about manga artists isn't anything new, the way Chiaki presented this and wrote the story is very unique and so well done. This is definitely a MUST READ for any BL reader.
I honestly felt like this was a masterpiece for as far as short 5 through 6ish chapter BL mangas go. This had a great plot, great comedic scenes, a beautiful art style, amazing characters, and the best interactions. I wholeheartedly enjoyed reading every minute of this. The points I think the author did well on were definitely with the exposition, the conflict, and actually addressing the character's backstories in a way that helps the reader understand without causing too much confusion.
I've been meaning to read this for a while now and I am SO GLAD that I finally did because I enjoyed this so much and this is definitely one of my favorite Ctk works. Overall the plot was super interesting and I really loved the characters, the author did really well with how they wrote the characters bc I became attached to them quick. Also, peep the character development for both the main characters, because the author did a really good job with addressing their problems, I am super happy
I have no words to describe how good this is ... just read it, it's popular for a reason. While this is definitely not your classic slice of life and does dive into a few dramatic fictional scenes, I think they played out well for the story and really help capture the beauty and love of the main characters. There were also some nice wholesome scenes that really make you appreciate the relationship the main characters have.
