Maybe I'm weird, but this manga basically summed up how I always felt about incest as a concept. It's wrong to reproduce in an incestuous relationship, but I don't think it's wrong to like someone that's blood-related. That being said, I guess it doesn't matter what it is conceptually because RL incestuous relationships are almost always abusive. I always think of the hypothetical situation where long lost siblings fall for each other without knowing lol.
